Job summary

Hybron Inc. seeks a proactive, in-person leader at our El Segundo pilot facility to build the foundation of Hybron’s capture program.

You will translate executive priorities into actionable plans, manage business development and consultants, and drive end-to-end proposals for both B2G and B2B contracts. The role requires a proven track record in advanced manufacturing business development, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• US person required per EAR/ITAR definitions.
• Ability to work in-person at the El Segundo facility.
• 5+ years in business development or capture for advanced manufacturing technologies (composites, additive, automated manufacturing).
• 2+ years at a small business or startup.

Responsibilities

• Build Hybron’s capture program from executive priorities to concrete actions.
• Own end-to-end business development funnel, shaping requirements and proposals.
• Manage DC consultants and contractors; coordinate with capture teams to win opportunities.
• Draft full proposals from start to finish and create statements of work with cost/timeline breakdowns.
• Direct interactions with government customers and key stakeholders, including Congress.
