Job summary

GTC is seeking a Business Development & Capture Manager in Reading, OH to lead strategic account management and ownership of capture initiatives from qualification through award. You will build executive relationships and drive programs from opportunity to contract handoff, reporting to the CCO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• Seven+ years in aerospace/defense or complex manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional bid teams and customer-facing negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account management for assigned customers and serve as the face of GTC.
• Own capture strategies from qualification to contract award and guide proposals.
• Lead cross-functional bid teams and coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance.
