Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience in construction, real estate advisory, capital projects consulting, or related fields.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE is preferred.
• Knowledge of planning, procurement, contract administration, scheduling, cost estimating, project reporting, and lease administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to produce client-facing reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of construction and real estate management processes, controls, and compliance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess construction contracts, real estate lease agreements, and capital project performance for compliance with terms and regulations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities including data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting; present findings.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Support clients through the real estate and capital project lifecycle from acquisition to disposition.
