Baker Tilly's Construction and Real Estate Advisory practice seeks a Consulting Manager to perform program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate assessments across the United States. Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in construction management or real estate advisory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting; CPA/ CIA/ CCA/ CFE/ PMP/ PE preferred.
• Knowledge of construction phases, contract administration, scheduling, cost estimating, and real estate portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate process reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess contracts, lease agreements, and capital project performance for compliance and best practices.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork including site visits, data collection, and interviews; prepare reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, and contractors to support oversight and risk mitigation.
• Support lifecycle activities from acquisition to disposition, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
