Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, ideally supporting capital projects, project implementation, or capital investment programs.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, including fixed asset capitalization and project accounting.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify variances, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the financial management of capital investment projects, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash flow planning, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project cash flow forecasts using input from project teams, contract terms, and approved investment plans.
• Monitor actual project spending against approved budgets, ensuring accurate reporting, visibility into variances, and timely financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal finance policies, CFO guidelines, concession agreements, and shareholder reporting requirements.
• Partner with Accounting and Asset Delivery teams to review fixed asset capitalization, accruals, supplier invoices, and payment schedules.
• Evaluate the financial impact of project scope and budget changes, preparing business cases, scenario analyses, and recommendations.
• Support project risk management by identifying, quantifying, and tracking financial risks and potential impacts.
