Nordic Naturals seeks a Capital & Project Finance Analyst to support capital investments across Manufacturing. You will collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing leadership to track, analyze, and report capital spend while partnering with Corporate FP&A on reporting to executives.

The role covers budgeting, ROI analysis for growth and cost savings, and maintenance strategy across plants, with a focus on accuracy and process controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, capital/project accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Experience with capital budgeting, project tracking, and ROI analysis; manufacturing or capital-intensive environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP as it relates to capitalization, fixed assets, and construction-in-progress accounting.
• ERP systems experience; SAP S/4HANA experience (Controlling and/or MM modules) a plus.
• Comfortable partnering with non-finance stakeholders (Engineering, Manufacturing) to gather project and cost information.

Responsabilités

• Capital Budgeting & Forecasting: build and maintain annual capital budget and multi-year plan across all plants.
• Track capital spend against budget monthly; flag variances by project and cost center.
• Maintain rolling forecasts of commitments and forecast-to-complete for active projects.
• Prepare capital appropriation requests and ROI analysis for approvals.
• Track project milestones, spend-to-date, and committed vs uncommitted capital.
• Maintain rolling capital-project forecast including spend, forecasts, and in-service timing.
• Support capital replacement and maintenance strategy across plants.
• Coordinate with GL Accounting for fixed-asset transfer and asset register updates.
