Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of work experience.

• Data Based Decision Making and ability to synthesize multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Plan Results: RNS growth within Trade Spend targets.
• Lead accurate Field forecast and year-end trade call.
• Drive alignment between customer and OU strategies and estimates.
• Support best practice sharing and process optimization across Sales & Trade Finance.
• Partner across Sales, Brand, and Finance to influence Trade Strategy and improve Trade Effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with Zone Sales VP and other leaders across OU Finance.
