Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or strategic finance experience.

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• CapEx forecasting, planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with business leaders to develop business cases for capital investments.
• Monitor spend against budgets and identify overspend risks.
• Ensure compliance with capitalization policies and governance.
• Analyze depreciation and asset impacts of investments.
• Conduct scenario modeling and financial impact analysis for executive decisions.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, digital, accounting, and FP&A teams.
• Provide financial guidance to business stakeholders.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Prepare leadership materials for senior management reviews.
• Drive automation and standardization to improve processes.
