Nestlé Purina North America is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Co‑Pilot, to act as a key financial partner to the Capital Project Team. You will manage multi‑million‑dollar project budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain robust financial controls across the project lifecycle, enabling strategic capital initiatives.

This role requires up to 50% travel for major implementations and ongoing projects, with 30% average travel and occasional higher needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• 5+ years in General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Internal Controls, Budgeting or Variance Analysis.
• 2+ years on capital/construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage the full capital project budget, including cost reporting, cash flow projections, and budget adjustments.
• Conduct cost‑assurance activities, auditing field construction progress and project closeouts.
• Integrate project schedules into EAC forecasts and support earned value management.
• Review and approve contracts, purchase orders, and invoices for cost accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Procurement, Legal, Tax, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure strong financial controls and governance per Capital Investment Standards and policies.
• Safeguard Assets Under Construction through inventory oversight and governance.
