Job summary

Digital Federal Credit Union in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Senior Capital Planning Analyst to join our Finance team. You will support capital planning, forecasting, stress testing, and governance using SQL, dashboards, and automation.

The role requires 3–6 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, with hybrid schedule (3+ days onsite). Target compensation range is $104,000–$125,000 plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in capital planning or finance.
• Strong project management and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and dashboard tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience with automation or AI-enabled tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports capital planning, forecasting, and stress testing workplans and board reporting.
• Manages projects and cross-functional workstreams with milestones and risks.
• Improves controls, transparency, and efficiency through dashboards and automation.
• Documents procedures, data definitions, lineage, and governance records.
• Analyzes financial statements, forecasts, liquidity, and capital-related scenarios.
• Extracts and validates data from databases and planning models using SQL.
