The role blends technical finance with collaborative execution across Distribution Center, Manufacturing Plant, and Transportation operations, supporting long-range planning and strategic ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant business experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• FP&A experience in a multi-location organization.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Capex lifecycle budgeting, forecasting, and actuals.
• Conduct ROI, NPV, and payback analyses for capital projects.
• Forecast depreciation and plan asset replacement/expansion.
• Develop monthly capital reporting for leadership visibility.
• Support multi-year financial planning integrating capex with strategic goals.
• Enhance financial systems and workflows for accuracy.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on complex business cases.
• Prepare financial modeling and narratives for new ventures.
• Act as primary financial advisor to Facilities and Operations teams.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Understand drivers of operations and their financial impact.
• Other duties as assigned.
