Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business-related field, as stated.
5-8 years of relevant business experience in FP&A or capital planning.
Strong communication and presentation skills with cross-functional impact.
Experience with financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Capex lifecycle including budgeting and forecasting.
Perform ROI, NPV and payback analyses for capital projects.
Forecast depreciation and asset replacement planning with peers.
Develop monthly capital reporting for leadership visibility and variance analysis.
Support multi-year planning by aligning capital needs with corporate objectives.
Provide data-driven recommendations on complex business cases.
