Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Lead Analyst for the Treasury Customer Payments team to direct funding processes, maintain data integrity, and drive insights that influence leadership decisions. You will manage day‑to‑day payments operations, vendor relations, and RFP analyses within the Embedded Finance program.

You will design and implement dashboards, model payments initiatives, and help shape the long‑term payment strategy across the restaurant network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and financial data.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily instructional funding processes and ensure timely distribution of funds.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for payments within the Embedded Finance program.
• Represent Treasury externally as liaison with vendors and ensure compliance.
• Develop self‑service data tools to monitor restaurant‑level payments.
