Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Five (5) years’ experience in accounting or finance.
• Two (2) years supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree, CPA, healthcare experience preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual capital budget for WVUH/UHA and related entities.
• Monitor strategic capital projects to ensure budget compliance and report progress to leadership.
• Assist with structuring debt and financing arrangements for capital initiatives.
• Ensure tax-exempt debt compliance and proper capitalization, depreciation and disposal of assets.
