RFCUNY Research Foundation of the City University of New York seeks an Assistant Director of Capital Finance to lead the financial oversight of the capital construction program.

You will monitor expenditures, forecasts, funding allocations, and reporting, ensuring alignment with approved scope and funding authorizations. The role partners with project managers and leadership to support planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive capital finance, budgeting, and financial management experience.
• Experience with capital budgets, forecasting, reporting, and cost controls.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the capital construction program’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
• Prepare budget-to-actual reports, cash flow projections, and variance analyses.
• Review invoices, contracts, change orders, and payments for accuracy and authorization.
• Develop financial dashboards and KPIs to monitor program performance.
