You will guide a team of procurement specialists and consultants, collaborating with engineering, operations, legal, finance, and EPCM contractor teams to source and manage high-value assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering or Business).
• 5+ years leading procurement for an EPCM contractor or similar.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of procurement professionals and consultants.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement for capital equipment including RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contracts.
• Define technical specs and procurement timelines with Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams.
• Provide cost estimates, lead-time analysis, and supplier capability assessments for capital projects.
• Develop sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, quality improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure performance and compliance.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform sourcing decisions.
