Job summary

You will manage a team of procurement specialists and coordinate with engineering, operations, legal, and finance to source high-value assets.

You will shape sourcing strategies, oversee RFx processes, and ensure policy compliance while delivering cost savings and risk mitigation across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3-years’ experience leading teams.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of procurement professionals and consultants.
• Lead the end-to-end procurement process for capital equipment, including RFx development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams to define technical specifications and procurement timelines.
• Support capital project planning by providing cost estimates, lead time analysis, and supplier capability assessments.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with corporate objectives and deliver cost savings, quality improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform sourcing decisions and support innovation.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with corporate policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
