Job summary

Stryker is seeking a contracts and commercial operations professional to support capital equipment agreements. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Commercial Ops to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of customer contracts, amendments, and selling documents.

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant professional experience in Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft, coordinate, review, and facilitate execution of capital equipment agreements, amendments, purchase documentation, rental-to-purchase conversions, trade-in documentation, and related customer-facing contract materials.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure pricing inputs, approvals, equipment details, and required documentation are complete before contract release.
• Review contract requests for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with approved business terms, templates, and internal requirements.
• Identify contracting risks, documentation gaps, and approval issues, and coordinate resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related questions and support timely execution of customer agreements.
• Track contract status, manage document routing, maintain contract records, and upload executed agreements into designated repositories.
• Support pricing and commercial initiatives by conducting pricing analysis, evaluating market dynamics, and assessing the business impact of pricing changes, promotions, and rebate programs.
• Improve contracting workflows, intake processes, system handoffs, and reporting practices to increase efficiency while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
