Infosys BPM Limited seeks a North America CAPEX Sourcing Lead in Chicago (Hybrid) to drive strategic sourcing and category management for capital projects across the region. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and EHS to develop sourcing strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and deliver cost savings for major capital investments.

You will lead sourcing events, build category strategies, and monitor supplier performance while ensuring quality and compliance across the supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the job description.

Responsabilités

• Lead sourcing events for CAPEX projects (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs).
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of sourcing initiatives and savings opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers; drive cost reductions.
