Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited is seeking a North America CAPEX Sourcing Lead to drive strategic sourcing and category management for capital projects across the United States and Canada. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, EHS, and other stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and deliver cost savings for major capital investments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in CAPEX sourcing or related area.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) for CAPEX projects and categories.
Develop category strategies aligned with business and operational goals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of sourcing initiatives and savings opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Drive cost reduction, value creation, and supplier performance improvements.
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and EHS to translate needs into sourcing solutions.
Track and report savings and sourcing project results.
