Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field such as Supply Chain, Engineering, OR Math.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, analytics, or strategic planning.
• Experience with capacity planning, analytics, or manufacturing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating analyses into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Biosurgery SCM models for long-range planning.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain models incorporating networks and inventory policies.
• Perform scenario analysis for expansion, sourcing changes, and network redesign.
• Support LRPP/LRFP planning cycles over 2–10 years.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy.
• Translate modeling outputs into executive-ready recommendations.
• Expand SCM processes to new product platforms.
• Develop dashboards and tools to visualize capacity constraints.
• Drive process governance, documentation, and standardization.
• Partner with digital/IT to enhance SCM via OMP and BI tools.
