Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Analyst to drive strategic capacity management for Biosurgery and adjacent growth platforms. You will lead end-to-end capacity modeling across the supply chain, partner with Value Stream Leaders and Finance to shape long-range plans, and deliver insights to support investments and profitability.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, development of dashboards, and deployment of SCM processes with digital tools such as OMP and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in supply chain planning or analytics.
• Experience with capacity planning and supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with large datasets and translating analysis into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Biosurgery Strategic Capacity Management models to support long-range planning and decision-making.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain models incorporating networks, capacity constraints, routing, BOM, inventory policies and future investments.
• Perform scenario analysis to evaluate capacity expansion, process improvements, sourcing changes and network redesign.
• Support LRPP and LRFP planning cycles over 2-10 year horizon.
• Collaborate with cross-functional sites and leadership to maintain model accuracy and alignment.
• Translate modeling outputs into executive-ready recommendations on capacity and profitability.
• Develop dashboards and tools to improve visibility of capacity constraints and assumptions.
• Drive continuous improvement through governance, documentation and standardization.
• Partner with digital/IT teams to enhance SCM via OMP and Power BI.
