Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management to support the Surgery franchise and growth platforms. Role can be based in the US or Europe, leading digital capacity models across the supply chain.

The position drives long-range planning, scenario analysis, and executive-ready recommendations, partnering with manufacturing, planning, and IT teams. Up to 15% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in supply chain planning or related analytics.
• Experience with capacity planning and large datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Biosurgery SCM models for long-range planning.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain models with networks and BOMs.
• Perform scenario analysis for capacity expansion and sourcing changes.
• Support LRPP and LRFP planning cycles over 2–10 years.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure model accuracy and alignment.
• Translate modeling outputs into executive recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and tools to visualize capacity constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization in SCM processes.
• Partner with digital/IT to enhance SCM capabilities with OMP and BI tools.
