Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy and operations, program management, management consulting, or equivalent roles within large-scale technology or infrastructure organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders, from initial scoping through delivery and retrospective.
• Experience building quantitative models, scenario analyses, and data-driven decision frameworks applied to capacity planning, supply chain, infrastructure investment, or analogous domains.
• Experience communicating strategic recommendations, program status, and analytical findings to executive audiences through written briefings, structured presentations, and business reviews.
• Experience driving accountability and alignment across teams without direct reporting authority, including escalation management and cross-functional dependency resolution.

Responsibilities

• Define and support analytical frameworks and decision models informing capacity ecosystem strategy.
• Lead the development and evolution of the team's strategic roadmap with inputs from infrastructure, finance, supply chain, and engineering partners.
• Drive complex cross-functional programs end-to-end: scoping initiatives, execution plans, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Identify systemic gaps in capacity planning processes and lead cross-organizational implementation of solutions.
• Own design and continuous improvement of team cadences: business reviews, planning cycles, and progress tracking.
