Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with data mining, simulation, optimization, predictive modeling, or ML.
• Translate analyses into executive summaries and visuals.
• Strong cross-functional partnership and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly and ad hoc resource insights and analytics to assigned functions.
• Own end-to-end resource forecasting models and related analyses.
• Lead forecasting model validation, deployment, monitoring and control.
• Translate complex analyses into executive-ready summaries and visuals.
• Collaborate with Finance and Ops Heads to enable financial planning cycles.
• Build partnerships across Resource Decision Support, PMs, Finance, IT, and Planning.
