Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, public policy, or related field plus required experience.
• Experience in strategic, capital, and long-range planning with project management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of research methods and data collection.
• Proficiency with MS Office and GIS; familiarity with CAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Long-Range Building Program and capital project lists.
• Create and manage a comprehensive Capital Projects Database.
• Coordinate accreditation and work with state agencies.
• Develop and maintain planning policies, reports, and data access.
• Lead or support grant writing and space-related projects.
