Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of experience in event management, conference services, or related field.
• Experience managing intake/workflow across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience administering reservation, scheduling, or event management systems.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Centralized intake and approval of reservations across TSE units.
• Review requests for policy compliance and feasibility.
• Coordinate with the Vice President for review and approval.
• Track and report reservation activity to leadership.
• Collaborate with campus partners to ensure event readiness.
