Qualifications

• Proven fundraising experience for federal campaigns.

• Strong communication skills, internal and external.
• Proficiency in campaign finance software (NGP, ActBlue) and Excel.
• Willingness to work a campaign schedule, including travel and irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan.
• Set and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
• Coordinate with campaign leadership to align finance strategy with budget needs.
• Staff and manage finance team, volunteers, and consultants.
• Oversee daily donation processing, deposits, and data entry.
