Job summary

Cote Hospitality Group in Lake Hubert, MN is seeking a Manager, Camp Enrollment and Engagement to lead camper enrollment growth for Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert. You will oversee the sales and enrollment process from inquiry to registration, and build relationships with prospective families.

The role partners with camp leadership to support referrals, retention and re-enrollment, travels for recruitment, and maintains an onsite presence at camps during summer to deepen family engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, education, or related field.
• Minimum three years of sales or enrollment experience with measurable results.
• Experience in camps, youth programs, hospitality, or related service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales processes and enrollment strategies for both camps.
• Establish annual enrollment and revenue goals with Camp Directors.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective families from inquiry to enrollment.
• Build relationships with families, communicating programs, tuition, policies and experiences.
• Generate leads via referrals, partnerships, events, and outreach.
• Manage CRM and camp registration systems from lead to enrollment.
• Track enrollment pace, capacity, leads, and forecasts; adjust as needed.
• Travel across the United States for recruitment, events, and engagement.
• Maintain substantial onsite presence at camps in Minnesota during summer.
• Other duties as assigned.
