Grand View Lodge in Minnesota is seeking a Manager, Camp Enrollment and Engagement to drive new camper enrollment and partnerships for Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert. You will manage the sales and enrollment process from inquiry to registration, cultivating relationships with families and ensuring a smooth handoff to Camp Directors.

This role emphasizes referrals, retention, and re-enrollment with camp leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Strong communication skills with families and stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM and enrollment management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Develop and execute enrollment strategies for Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert.
• Manage sales pipeline and lead follow-up to meet enrollment goals.
