Job summary

TSTC is seeking a Strategic Functional Consultant to provide technical and logistical coordination for Coast Guard System Support Agents across USCG platforms, including WMSL In-Service System Support and Major Maintenance Availability efforts. The role manages the Integrated Master Schedule, coordinates C4ISR transition meetings, develops cutter sustainment readiness metrics, and supports PARM meeting preparation.

Proficiency in MS Project, EPM tools, SharePoint, and Word is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with C4ISR capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and with multiple teams.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Integrated Master Schedule for Coast Guard programs across platforms.
• Manage IMS and reconciliation using MS Project and EPM tools.
• Coordinate C4ISR transition meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop cutter sustainment readiness metrics and status reports.
• Support PARM meeting preparation and program accountability activities.
