Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp. in Ohio seeks an experienced Senior Customer/Technical Account Manager to lead engagement with large Commercial & Industrial accounts, guiding energy usage, reliability, and strategic partnerships.

You will manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams across legal, engineering, Rates and Billing, and drive load growth through tailored energy solutions, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Engineering technology, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, design, technical support, or economic development.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience is required.
• Experience in customer relationship management within commercial industrial electrical environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for FirstEnergy managed customers.
• Drive load growth and strategic engagement with large Commercial & Industrial accounts.
• Act as project manager for construction projects and communicate regulated products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer priorities across departments.
