Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in purchasing, procurement, or related experience (B2B distribution/corporate procurement preferred).
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Research products, market trends, and suppliers; identify qualified sources and obtain competitive pricing.
• Evaluate suppliers and analyze quotations to select sources based on cost, quality, service, delivery, and compliance.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare, process, and manage purchase orders and related purchasing documentation.
• Track order status, back orders, and supplier performance; resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and audit-ready information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and provide procurement guidance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations while supporting process improvements.
• Resolve purchasing issues with minimal supervision and support team effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
