Job summary

Biomerics NLE LLC is seeking a Purchasing/Planning professional to optimize MRP data, manage supplier negotiations, and coordinate material planning for manufacturing.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in manufacturing planning/purchasing, and NetSuite ERP experience. ISO 13485 familiarity is a plus. On-site position in Santa Clara, CA with benefits including medical, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years related manufacturing experience with 1 year in Purchasing/Planning.
• Proficient ERP/MRP knowledge, preferably NetSuite; ISO 13485 familiarity.
• APICS/ISM/CSCMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes MRP and inventory planning requirements to ensure accuracy; maintains MRP data and supports process improvements.
• Prepares RFQs, evaluates bids, negotiates prices and terms with suppliers aligned to P&L objectives.
• Plans and directs purchase of materials for manufacturing and shipment of finished goods.
• Coordinates subcontracted materials and services and tracks purchase orders.
