Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Obtain supplier quotes and procure materials needed to support manufacturing and project requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned suppliers and maintain productive supplier relationships.
• Monitor open purchase orders and coordinate delivery dates with suppliers.
• Manage critical material orders to prevent disruptions to manufacturing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material deliveries to minimize shortages and excess.
• Maintain MRP data and material allocations, pickups, and deliveries.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Draft and review supply chain and quality documentation, including SOPs and supplier-related records.
