SNI Companies in Lexington, KY is seeking an experienced Buyer/Procurement Analyst to support procurement planning, material management, supplier coordination, and program execution.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary GSC planning point of contact for an assigned program area, requiring strong procurement knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, buying, supply chain, or material management.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities from initial requirements through material delivery and final resolution.
• Identify and coordinate material, component, service, and supplier requirements based on schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders, supplier commitments, material delivery dates, and procurement status.
• Expedite material and resolve procurement delays, shortages, constraints, and supplier issues.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Receiving, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Suppliers to resolve issues.
• Prepare leadership presentations and performance reports using real-time data.
