Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Certification in supply chain management (APICS/CSCP) preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP modules related to supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand and minimize costs.
• Place and manage purchase orders to ensure timely material availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers; monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Analyze inventory and supplier data; generate reports for decision making.
• Support SAP ECC data maintenance and collaborate with IT, warehouse, and site planner teams.
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Maintain procurement records and data entry for cross-functional coordination.
