Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Buyer/Planner in Quincy to manage the full value chain from raw materials to finished goods for Autonomous Underwater Vehicles. You will forecast demand, plan inventory, place production and R&D purchase orders, and ensure timely material flow through our ERP system.

The role requires 3+ years in technical procurement within manufacturing, excellent communication, and the ability to work across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (mechanical/aerospace/manufacturing, electrical, computer engineering, supply chain or business with technical focus).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or CI principles is a plus.
• Experience with planning systems (Blue Yonder or similar) and data reporting tools (Tableau/Power BI/Qlikview).

Responsibilities

• Own planning and on-time delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and plans.
• Manage day-to-day ordering and inventory for assigned product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Maintain MRP data and master data processes.
• Support sourcing initiatives and make/buy decisions.
• Issue POs for production and R&D and manage supplier relationships.
• Participate in S&OP processes and related initiatives.
• Develop data reporting structures to monitor Demand Planning KPIs.
