Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Buyer/Planner to manage the full value chain from raw materials to finished goods for Autonomous Underwater Vehicles. You will forecast demand, plan inventory, and oversee purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining ERP data, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. Candidates should have ERP experience, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel up to 25% while pursuing US security

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; strong interpersonal relations and negotiation.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams across borders.
• Good understanding of design specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of a value chain from start to finish.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and obtain/maintain US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and on-time delivery of raw materials and finished goods to customers.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and plans.
• Manage day-to-day ordering and inventory for assigned product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with cross-functional teams.
• Generate data and analyze trends to support decisions.
• Develop processes within MRP and master data, supporting sourcing and make/buy decisions.
• Issue purchase orders for production and R&D and manage suppliers.
• Contribute to cost savings and quality improvements.
• Participate in S&OP processes and related initiatives.
• Develop reporting structures to monitor Demand Planning KPIs.
