Job summary

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is looking for a Buyer -OSP to manage requisitions, quotes and purchase orders for MRO, OSP and tooling, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Under the Purchasing Manager, you will work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, track performance and maintain compliant records. Three to five years of buying experience in manufacturing (aerospace preferred) and a BA in Supply Chain or related field are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a four-year college or university is required; Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of professional buying experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions and purchasing process for assigned commodities (MRO, OSP, rubber, work transfers).
• Solicit and evaluate supplier quotations; obtain at least three quotes when required and justify purchasing decisions.
