Qualifications

• 4+ years buying experience required.
• Planning and inventory experience strongly preferred.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
• Proficiency with Excel or data analysis tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of category strategies aligned with company goals and customer insights.
• Drive vendor negotiations and relationship management to enhance category performance.
• Curate and maintain a compelling product assortment with line reviews and seasonal planning.
• Support pricing strategy development and monitor promotions and markdowns.
• Assist in building and maintaining financial plans including sales forecasts and margins.
• Manage a small team of individual contributors and contribute to their growth.
