Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of merchandising or equivalent experience preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel or data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in category strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Support development and maintenance of a balanced product assortment; analyze sales performance.
• Support marketing and promotions tasks such as ad proofing and pricing activity.
• Track performance against financial metrics and assist in preparing financial reports.
