• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with a major retailer, brand or product development/sourcing company.
• World class sourcing executive with demonstrated track record in product development and sourcing.
• Strong leadership, business knowledge and technical abilities.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred; business related major preferred.

Aufgaben

• Drive Direct Import growth through effective product lifecycle management.
• Develop category Sourcing Plans and execute the Plans.
• Manage 2-4 direct reports and networks including Agent staff in Dallas and Asia.
• Establish and deploy processes for vendor engagement, capacity planning and production execution.
• Develop product solutions in support of Merchandising direction and ensure innovation and quality.
• Identify and develop vendor relationships to support category needs and optimize cost/value.
• Be the key internal link between Merchandising, PLM, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Vendors and Legal.
• Significant international travel to identify, evaluate and manage a global vendor/agent network.
