Job summary

Lithionics Battery seeks a skilled Buyer to own supplier commitments from release to delivery, ensuring production seamlessness. You’ll work across Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Production to keep materials flowing and resolve issues before they impact business.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in purchasing or supply chain, a bachelor’s in a related field, and strong ERP/MRP familiarity. This role offers growth within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems supporting purchasing and manufacturing.
• Understanding of purchasing practices, inventory requirements, supplier management, and commodity markets.

Responsibilities

• Own purchase orders and supplier commitments from release through delivery to support production requirements.
• Review MRP/ERP requirements and maintain material availability and inventory levels.
• Communicate forecasts, POs, delivery expectations, and changing requirements to suppliers.
• Expedite critical materials and resolve supply or delivery issues.
• Build relationships with suppliers and monitor performance (pricing, quality, delivery).
• Support supplier negotiations involving pricing, terms, materials, and services.
