Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchasing/procurement/supply chain experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities, including issuing purchase orders and tracking order status.
• Source materials and components to support production requirements.
• Maintain supplier relationships and identify new vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with operations to align production schedules with material availability.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production timelines.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data in ERP systems.
• Support receiving processes and documentation for shipments.
