Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of procurement experience.

• Ability to calculate discounts, costs and quantities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relations with suppliers and place material orders as required.
• Verify purchase orders and adjust them according to production plans.
• Track shipments and manage stock levels to avoid overstock.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouses for transportation.
• Approve invoices and monitor supplier performance and costs.
• Record procurement data and maintain accurate records.
