PINNACLE PRECISION SHEET METAL CORP is seeking a Buyer in Anaheim, CA for full-time clerical duties in the Supply Chain / Purchasing department. The role focuses on procuring raw materials, components, and outside processing services to support production while aligning with ISO quality standards.

The Buyer will issue POs, monitor orders, communicate delays, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory and achieve on-time delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and manufacturing purchasing experience considered.
• Minimum four years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and APICS principles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with procurement strategies and production schedules.
• Monitor open purchase orders and expedite deliveries to maintain on-time production.
• Communicate supplier delays and implement corrective actions to minimize customer impact.
• Review pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations and sourcing initiatives.
• Research qualified suppliers to improve cost, quality, delivery, and supply chain continuity.
• Resolve supplier invoice discrepancies and purchasing issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Receiving to support manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Junior Buyers as needed.
• Perform assigned duties in accordance with documented procedures and work instructions.
