Job summary

LATICRETE International in the United States is seeking a Buyer to procure quality goods, manage inventory levels, and partner with Planning, Operations, Finance, and supplier teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

You will implement stocking models, execute MRP actions, create purchase orders, and nurture supplier relationships while coordinating cross-functionally to align production schedules and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance or equivalent.
• 3+ years in procurement, inventory or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop stocking models based on demand, lead times, and supplier capabilities.
• Execute MRP actions and manage purchase orders and logistics.
• Maintain supplier relationships and address delivery/price issues.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance for alignment.
