• Physically review inventory daily with emphasis on critical items.
• Handle credits and returns promptly to minimize shrink.
• Work with pricing, vendors and corporate to ensure PO pricing is correct.
• Plan and source logistics to support customers and maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales to maximize timely utilization of inventories, maximize inventory turns and reduce shrink.
