• Ensure supply continuity to enable manufacturing with speed and quality; follow up on orders, verify delivery, approve payments and maintain records.
• Proactively drive timely delivery of parts from suppliers to Applied facilities and resolve shipment, receiving, and billing issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers on demand/supply planning and manage pull-ins/push-outs to meet MRP demand.
• Drive inventory and EOQ/optimal stock reduction efforts.
• Negotiate and execute purchases and RFQs to secure lowest cost while maintaining quality and supplier reliability.
• Resolve supply issues with engineering, manufacturing and program managers with managerial support.
